Here’s Your First Look at Tsuta, the Michelin-starred Ramen Shop Opening December 16

The first Michelin-starred ramen house in the world, Tsuta, is finally opening in Bonifacio High Street tomorrow, December 16!

With the cold Christmas weather comes the intense craving for some good ol' ramen, and luckily, we know just where to go to get it satisfied!

The first Michelin-starred ramen house in the world, Tsuta, is finally opening in Bonifacio High Street tomorrow, December 16, so better get your schedule cleared up so you can check out and try all the signature ramen dishes they have to offer.

Born out of the vision of Chef Onishi Yuki, Tsuta first opened its 9-seater restaurant in Tokyo back in 2012, and was awarded its first Michelin star in 2015. Since then, the ramen joint has been flocked by people willing to line up as early as 7AM just to get a taste of Chef Yuki's signature ramen dish.

Thanks to FOODEE Global Concepts, the same group that brought here other Michelin-starred restaurants like Tim Ho Wan and FOO’D by Davide Oldani as well as Todd English Food Hall, MESA Filipino Moderne, Llaollao, and Sunnies Café, we don't have to fly all the way to Japan to have a taste of the world’s first Michelin-starred ramen joint!

With years and years of training under his father's ramen shop, it's only right to say that Chef Yuki has already mastered what an authentic ramen is supposed to be like, all while bringing his art to make it uniquely his. His ramen dishes are made with ingredients that are carefully-picked and controlled to make it the award-winning dish it is.
