From Kapitolyo favorite Taco Vengo comes two new concepts that recently set up shop in Legaspi Village: a Mexican restaurant and a coffee shop.
¡Vengo! and ¡Vengo! Neighborhood Cafe are now open in Makati, and their little corner of C. Palanca Street serves as the first outpost of Taco Vengo in the south. Just head on to the door on the right, below the signage to enter Vengo and enjoy their best-selling soft tacos, burritos, and quesadillas.
Vengo also serves brunch daily from 7am to 3pm, so it's not just all Mexican grub–there's comfort food in the form of Steak and Eggs, Triple Omellete, Crispy Pork and Waffles, and also a Breakfast Burrito stuffed with chorizo and fries. They also have low-carb option for burritos by substituting rice with Adlai-cauliflower rice.
Just a hop and skip away is their next door neighbor, ¡Vengo! Neighborhood Cafe, for all the refreshments the thirsty may need (they serve some desserts, too). The coffee shop serves both classic hot and iced coffee drinks, as well as tea and juices. For something different, have a go at their signature drinks, like Mexicano (iced americano with a squeezed lime wedge and muscovado syrup) and Love, Rosie (rose essence, fresh milk on ice, boba, espresso). For more punchy libations, alcoholic drinks are also available, from classic cocktails to signature drinks.
¡Vengo! and ¡Vengo! Neighborhood Cafe are now open, located at Ground Floor of Jose Cojuango & Sons Organizations Bldg., C. Palanca corner Dela Rosa Streets, Legaspi Village, Makati. Vengo is open Monday-Tuesday from 9am to 11pm, Wednesday-Saturday from 9am to 1am, and Sun 9am-10pm; Neighborhood Cafe is open Monday-Saturday from 7am to 3am, and Sunday from 7am to 10pm.
