‘Brothers Burger’ Goes Green and Now Serves Affordable Food More Than Just Burgers

With their color change comes a menu upgrade: they've added hot dogs, chicken wings, and a Mexican lineup of tacos, burritos, breakfast meals, and quesadillas that all fit the P200 budget!

With their color change comes a menu upgrade: Brothers Burger, one of Manila's long-standing burger brands that been serving us pure prime beef burgers since 1999, has turned green. The three Jose brothers behind this burger venture happen to be La Sallians (that also happen to love the color green, obviously), and so now the BGC branch is the first one that sports the new color scheme.

The green is also a go signal to finally unleash their new lineup of food that's more than just burgers — Brothers Burger now also offers hot dogs, chicken wings, breakfast, and a Mexican lineup of tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Best of all, these new dishes all fit the P200 budget — a bang for the buck, especially in the BGC area where most comfort food items are priced high and 200 pesos only gets you a cold drink.

Here's what you can now order for less than P200 at Brothers Burger when your craving goes beyond burgers:

Should you crave for hotdog sandwiches, they now offer two kinds: Snap Dog (P130) and Chili Dog (P180). Hotdogs here are made in-house, and the chili dog actually uses a smoked frankfurter giving it a distinct deep and smokey taste with each snappy bite.

Chicken Wings (P195, 6 pieces) pair well with burgers, and they now offer it in assorted flavors: classic tangy Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, BBQ Jalapeño, and Soy & Pepper which is the crunchiest variety that will remind you of the crispness of Korean double-fried chicken.

The 'Mexicans' is Brothers Burger's tex-mex lineup of dishes that fit well with the mix of burgers, 'dogs, and wings. Currently, these items are only available at the Bonifacio High Street branch. All of these are being sold for under 200 Pesos, so you can get your fill of Quesadillas in Steak (P195), Chicken (P185), or Cheese (P120); Burrito in Steak (P195) and Chicken (P185); and Street Tacos (3 pieces) in Steak (P195) and Chicken (P185) without much wallet damage.

The BGC branch also has an All Day Breakfast menu. If you're hankering for a rice meal, they have Longganisa (P165) and Tapa (185) served with rice and egg, and if you want a hearty All-American meal, choose between Bacon Slab (195) and Sausage Patty (P195) served with egg, pancake, and hash brown. And If you're skipping pork and beef, there's always their regular lineup of Fish and Chips (P195) or Crispy Fish Sandwich (P195).
