From the same owners of Grind Bistro located in Net Park BGC comes a more casual and playful cafe-style approach to their take on all-American favorites and comfort food dining. Burgers, pizzas, milkshakes, and more await at Grind Bistro + Cafe, a new restaurant opening today in SM Aura.
'Grind' is a food concept brought to life by couple Steven and Cristina Imperial Carl who returned to the Philippines after being based abroad. Both husband and wife had formal culinary training: Steven was a hotel executive chef and a beverage director, while Cristina is a sommelier. They currently have three Grind outlets in the metro: Grind Bistro in Net Park, Grind Burger in SM North Edsa, and the newest opening today–Grind Bistro + Cafe in SM Aura.
Grind Bistro + Cafe's menu offers the best-sellers and favorites in the bistro outlet, with some main courses tweaked in portion and components. There are also dishes exclusive to the new branch, making this something regular customers of their other stores something they ought to check out.
Dessert lovers will feel at home with their spread of sweets — again, some only found on this branch such as the photogenic milkshakes and an extensive hot and cold beverage menu. This new restaurant has a little something for everyone, be it a quick snack, coffee break, or hearty meal to share.
