ArmyNavy Brings Favorite Filipino Flavors to their Signature Burritos

Because ArmyNavy takes its “Come in hungry, walk out happy” mantra seriously, they’re now bringing bold and beloved Filipino flavors to their burritos.

Since opening in 2009, people have fallen in love with ArmyNavy’s cool military-inspired stores, excellent customer service, and especially their unique and delicious menu of hearty burgers and flavorful Mexican meals.

Their burritos are one of their signature dishes, premium meats like steak and carnitas with Spanish rice, frijoles, onions, lettuce and cilantro wrapped up snugly in a flour tortilla. They even have vegetarian burrito for non-meat eaters, and a Breakfast Burrito with steak or longganisa, toasted hashbrowns and scrambled eggs for a great morning.

Because ArmyNavy takes its “Come in hungry, walk out happy” mantra seriously, they’re now bringing bold and beloved Filipino flavors to their burritos. The Philippine Island Burrito line is an exciting new selection of their burritos infused with classic and flavorful Pinoy fillings perfect for the hungry hundreds in a uniquely convenient and fun eating experience.

“Everything about ArmyNavy is distinct – particularly our food,” says Pearl Perlada, Marketing Head. “We like innovating and creating menu items that tease the taste buds and fill tummies. The PI Burrito shows pride in the country’s dishes – we took what’s loved and familiar, and fused it with something new and fresh.” For the first time, you can enjoy familiar and favorite Pinoy meals in their hearty and handheld burritos, an experience that only ArmyNavy can deliver.

First up, and already available nationwide, is the Adobo Flakes (P175). Yummy and savory pieces of what most of us consider the national dish, in a burrito – handheld, quick and filling, with its subtle play of sour, salty, and garlicky tastes.

Many of us will surely anticipate the coming of 2 other PI Burrito flavors – the Sisig, originating from Pampanga, and perhaps the most popular appetizer or dish to pair up with ice cold beer, and Filipino breakfast staple, sweet and tasty Tocino.

More menu offers give you more reason to satisfy your cravings at ArmyNavy. The resto has also added Adobo Flakes and Churros to its line-up of palate pleasers, now available in all Luzon stores.

Jumpstart your day with Adobo Flakes (P165), which enlivens its breakfast line with savory chicken adobo flakes served with garlic rice, egg, and atchara. Then, round off your meal with a sweet, delectable ending with Churros (P85), deep-fried Spanish doughnuts that come with chocolate or caramel dip (P30 for extra dip).

Surely, hearty feasts take on a new and very Filipino meaning with these additions to ArmyNavy’s menu.
