Facebook to allow edits to “Look Back” videos soon

Don't like your “Look Back” video? You'll be able to customize it soon.

Update: You can now edit your Look Back videos! Just go to https://www.facebook.com/lookback/edit/

In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Facebook recently rolled out the “Look Back” feature which allows users to share their most notable Facebook moments.

Since its launch, Look Back videos have populated timelines – creating a huge wave of nostalgia across Facebook users. But if you're one of those who didn't like how their video turned out (Too much embarrassing photos? Too many pictures of your ex?), chances are you haven't shared your video yet.

Well, that predicament might soon be over. TechCrunch reports that Facebook will soon be adding an edit feature to Look Back videos.

Speaking to TechCrunch, a Facebook spokesperson said, “We will be launching an Edit feature soon that will allow people to change moments in their movies or update the ones they shared. I don’t have exact timing at the moment, but this will enable people to remove a post from the movie that was pre-selected and change it to a different one.”

There you go! Now all we have to do is wait for that edit button to appear soon.
