Cocina EspaƱola is a series of online cooking classes where Hola Bombon’s Spanish Executive Chef RubĆ©n Castellnou will guide you in creating authentic Spanish dishes. You’ll finally learn how to make paella right in your kitchen!
Cocina EspaƱola: An Online Culinary Experience
Every Cocina EspaƱola class has a theme, and currently the restaurant offers two: A Summer Saturday in Spain and Journey to Pais Vasco. The 2-hour online cooking class will allow you to create a set menu from starters to dessert right at home!
Aside from having a Spanish Chef to virtually guide you in creating the Spanish dishes in your homes, your grocery list for the recipes will be taken care of, too. On the day of the class, all ingredients required are delivered to your doorstep. You’ll also have a printed copy of the recipes. Cocktails and snacks are also included in the package so you can relax and enjoy before getting busy in the kitchen!
During the 2-hour Zoom class, you’ll get to know a little bit more about each dish you’ll be making. Chef RubĆ©n introduces each one and gives you a bit of history and background on how they cook and enjoy it in Spain. He’ll be with you every step of the cooking process, so you can ask him questions. A Kitchen Assistant is also present during the online class, sharing each step in the chat room, and if you will be needing extra help.
The food you’ll be cooking during class will also be good for 2. If you’re looking for a great quarantine date idea, then this virtual culinary experience is it!
