From bringing the vibrant flavors of Asia to introducing plant-based toppings and vegan pizzas, PizzaExpress is now cooking up flavors that celebrate Filipino flavors for their new pizza line.

The pizza restaurant now offers Pizza Pilipinas, their collection of three pizza flavors served on their signature 13-inch Romana crust — a thinner crust with a crisp body inspired by pizzas in Rome. You can now sink your teeth into a slice of these new pizzas: Pork Sisig (P680), Chicken Inasal (P620), and OmniPork Tofu and Mushroom Sisig (P670)!
The Pork Sisig pizza reimagines the pulutan staple, the pizza topped with crispy pork along with classic sisig elements of soy sauce, mayonnaise, and even a fried egg. It is also combined with bechamel sauce, mozzarella, and finished off with mascarpone and spring onions.

The vegans and pizza lovers going meatless won’t miss out on the sisig fun. PizzaExpress uses plant-based minced OmniPork to make the OmniPork Tofu and Mushroom Sisig pizza, skipping meat and dairy completely. The minced OmniPork is joined by tofu bits, and fried oyster mushrooms lend their crunch in every bite. The pizza is also topped with vegan bechamel, vegan mayonnaise, vegan mozzarella, and spring onions, and finished with the classic sisig combo of soy sauce, calamansi and chilli. This one packs some heat if you like it spicy!
The third Pizza Pilipinas dish is the Chicken Inasal pizza, and for this one PizzaExpress collaborated with Manila Inasal to bring out the flavors of the marinated chicken in every slice. The pizza is topped with Manila Inasal’s marinated chicken strips, fresh mango salsa, bechamel, mozzarella, kesong puti, leeks, and everyone’s favorite inasal condiment — chicken oil.
